In Japan!

Have not blogged in a I think two days? (My sense of time is off, Jet Lag)
Yeah I'm in Japan now!
I'm super excited.
When I got on my plane to leave Kansas, I ran into Eva at the airport, It turns out we're on the same flight out of Kansas City.

After that, it was smooth sailing.

Parted ways with Eva after I got to St. Paul.

My next gate was right next to where I got off.

Got on plane to Seattle.

Got on plane to Osaka.

A stewardess spoke to me in Japanese really fast so I had no idea what she said.

I replied "Yes" to her in Japanese.

She looked confused.

I confessed, "わかりません" (I don't understand).

Plane was new and nice.

Had a USB and AC charger on it, super happy about that. 

Guy who sat next to me was cool, talked to him for a bit.

Watched some movies on the plane.

Half way through flight I realize there are a ton of empty seats.

MRW I saw an empty Business class seat.

Sat in Business class.

Played Far Cry 3.

Few hours later Stewardess realized my seat was empty the first half of the flight.

Was asked to return to my seat (very politely).

Oh well, only had like three hours left in flight.

Went to an empty row.

Had two seats to myself, still a win.

Landed in Osaka.

Went through customs. 

I didn't fill out the address of where I'm staying on my customs form.

Customs agent told me to fill it out in Japanese. 

I told her I didn't know the address in Japanese.

Big Mistake.

Started talking to me about what to do in Japanese.

Didn't understand a word.

Told her I don't speak Japanese.

She proceed to tell me something in Japanese in response that.

MFW

Only word I understood was the word "English".

Guessing she said something about how there was an English option or something.

Got through customs.

Met up with Ayumi.

Set foot outside a Japanese airport for the first time in my life.

Got on a bus to Kyoto.

Got to Kyoto.

Got on Subway to Ayumi's apartment. 

She is really awesome for letting me stay at her place.

She cooked me dinner.

It was delicious.

Walked outside for a little bit. 

Went to bed early.

Woke up and blogged. 

Really excited to be in Japan.

Got kind of sick my first night here though.

But today will be better. We are going to a temple today.

楽しみ！！！

I appears my allergies have followed me to Japan...
